Bike rental at Ferienhotel Sonnenhof
Guests at the Sonnenhof don’t have to travel far to find a suitable set of wheels. So that you can easily and conveniently head out on your adventure any time of day, we rent bicycles, mountain bikes, and new e-mountain bikes at the Sonnenhof! Upon request, we also offer guided bike tours!
For families and leisurely bikers
For all those who want to take it a bit slower, we recommend the 31 km long Zillertal Bike Trail, which leads from Strass to Mayrhofen and invites you to get to know the idyllic villages of the Zillertal. With hardly any noticeable inclines, the picturesque route runs along the rushing Ziller and even offers the opportunity to use the Zillertalbahn on parts of the route.
With our environmentally-friendly e-mountain bikes, you can discover new paths and wonderful natural jewels without working up a sweat.
Zell-Gerlos Bike Ticket
All mountain bike and downhill fans can experience exciting thrills in the Zillertal Arena on action-packed mountain paths, downhill routes, and first-class single trails. With the Zell-Gerlos Bike Ticket, you can quickly and conveniently ride up to an elevation of 1,800 m in Zell and Gerlos on the bike-friendly gondola. This allows you to cruise around at lofty heights and breathe in the crystal-clear air then enjoy the exhilarating downhill ride.
