Behind “Aufgiesserei” are Michaela and Peter from Fügen. For their sauna infusions, they rely on natural ingredients, authentic scents, and special rituals.

Herbs, natural essences, incense, and singing bowls create a special atmosphere in the sauna. Depending on the infusion, the experience can be invigorating, calming, warming, or intense.
This transforms a classic sauna session into a mindful ritual—filled with scent, warmth, and tranquility.
What is the Aufgiesserei?
The Aufgiesserei in Fügen creates unique sauna infusions, using herbs, natural essences, incense, and singing bowls, among other things.
Does the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof offer sauna infusions?
Yes. At certain times, the Aufgiesserei makes guest appearances at the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof and hosts special sauna infusions. These infusions may also be included in select packages.
What kinds of saunas are there at the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof?
The sauna area includes, among other things, an outdoor Finnish sauna with a fresh-air garden, a Swiss stone pine bio-sauna, and a clothing-allowed sauna. There is also a steam sauna, a brine steam bath, and an infrared cabin.
Where can you relax after a sauna?
Among other amenities, the Ferienhotel Sonnenhof features a “Room of Silence” relaxation area with heated loungers and waterbeds, as well as a winter garden relaxation area.
