The exceptional quality is ensured by your hosts Matthias and Stefanie Wildauer, who run the Kendlhof on the Gattererberg with great dedication. Modern agriculture with pasture and free-range farming regularly supplies our kitchen team with fresh produce from our own farm. The culinary offerings are complemented by hearty game specialties from our own hunting grounds.
The fine aromas from the hotel's own Sonnenhof herb garden are also a special treat: mint, lavender, sage, and many other herbs thrive here, which we use fresh in the kitchen and for our teas—natural, hand-picked, and full of flavor.
Inspired by the diversity of Tyrol – from mountain herbs to game – the Sonnenhof creates delicious dishes with an unmistakable taste: honest, regional, and full of character.

In the morning, the Sonnenhof smells of freshly roasted coffee and homemade bread and cakes. Start your eventful day with a colorful selection from our gourmet breakfast buffet, featuring a tea and vitamin juice bar, organic corner, delicious egg dishes, and fresh fruit!
Pampering evening menu
In the evening, we invite you to take a seat in our cozy dining rooms or the comfortable winter garden, sit back, and enjoy the delicious creations from our kitchen in a relaxed atmosphere! We will spoil you with a tempting 4-course evening menu, with a choice of three different main courses and crisp salads from the buffet.
In addition, the Sonnenhof offers varied buffets and theme nights, where one culinary highlight follows another.

1x per week farmer's buffet or, in summer when the weather is fine, barbecue evening in the garden

We would be happy to organize a romantic candlelight dinner for you in the evening, including wine pairing, in our new summer cottage in the garden.
