Sonnenhof's world of herbs

A stroll through our herb garden is like a journey into the world of scents and flavors. Mint, lemon balm, rosemary, and many other herbs grow here—personally tended by our hostess.

In summer, the garden blooms in all its glory. The fresh herbs refine dishes and drinks and are processed into soothing tea blends, aromatic salts, and natural oils.

The colorful flowers also come from here—small, edible works of art that lovingly decorate our dishes and drinks.

We are particularly proud of our homemade balsamic vinegar, which is made from sun-ripened grapes from our garden – a real piece of Sonnenhof.
