Booking information for your stay

Prices per person per day including half board and taxes. The local tax is €2.60 per adult per day (aged 15 and over) and is charged separately.

Room with breakfast: minus €9 per adult per day on the above prices (children according to child discount)
Third person in room (adults): 10% discount
Group travel: price by arrangement
Dogs only on request: €20 per day, without food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming area.

Each room is always charged for two full-paying guests. Children staying in their parents' room are charged at a reduced rate as the third and fourth guests.

0 to 5 years: free of charge or €20 per night, depending on room category
6 to 12 years: 50% discount on the adult price
13 to 16 years: 30% discount on the adult price

Arrival:
Please arrive after 2 p.m. (if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know in advance). We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee your preferred room number.

Departure:
Your room is available until 10:00 a.m. Sonnenhof half-board begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends after breakfast on the day of departure.

Deposit:
After we confirm your reservation, we'll ask you to pay a deposit of €200 per room by bank transfer (no fees for the recipient). Please include your full name, reservation name (if applicable), address, and reservation date.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the room will be charged at the agreed rate.
Only one promotion or discount can be redeemed per booking.
Payment in cash with ATM/Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard is possible (please check with your bank regarding your daily foreign transaction limit).

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation conditions according to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry. In case of errors in correspondence, the price list applies!

For our valued direct bookers, we have amended the cancellation policy in your favor as follows: free cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the start of the booking, between 7 and 30 days we charge 50%, and up to 7 days we charge 90% of the package price.
